Real computer scientists only write specs for languages that might run
on future hardware. Nobody trusts them to write specs for anything homo
sapiens will ever be able to fit on a single planet.

I am a Dutch PhD student in Clinical Psychology at Brigham Young University (BYU) in Provo, UT, USA. In addition to my clinical training I do research with my supervisor, Dr. Scott Baldwin. I am interested in statistical methods in psychotherapy research, psychotherapy outcome research, and philosophical/theoretical issues in (clinical) psychology. I completed my Master's degree at the University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands. I have a Master of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts degree in Philosophy. For my graduate project in Psychology I studied a neural network model of simple categorization learning and did a literature study on the merits of executive control theories of ADHD. For Philosophy I wrote a thesis on children's conditional reasoning (i.e. reasoning with `if,... then' sentences). More information can be found on my Master's page.
